Please note that your appointment time is your check-in time. Time is still needed for paperwork that the team needs to do before you get your vaccine
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
You must meet the eligibility criteria set by Province of Ontario for pharmacies. The eligibility criteria are subject to change. We will try to provide the most up to date eligibility criteria for pharmacies on this website however, Click Here to check the Government of Ontario Website for the most up to date eligibility.
APPOINTMENT SLOTS:
All new appointment slots are released when a new shipment is received. If you do not see any open slots, check back frequently and add your name to the Vaccine Waitlist. You have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel/change your appointment. If you end up finding an earlier appointment time, please cancel your appointment so that it can be offered to another person. At this point, we are expecting one shipment a week. Please refrain from calling the store for stock updates or for vaccine appointment inquiries, as we have no visibility of any future shipments.

Please Fill all the field accurately, especially your e-mail (to receive your appointment confirmation) and contact information (so that we are able to get in touch with you).
